At The Flaming Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your candle-making supplies, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened merchandise. Please note that for safety and quality reasons, fragrance oils and liquid dyes are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA form.
Ship and Refund
Send the package to our warehouse via your preferred carrier; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
