How long will it take for my order to ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for fragrance oils and wax?
To ensure the purity and quality of our products, we cannot accept returns on fragrance oils, wax, or liquid dyes once the seal is broken. Unopened equipment and jars can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Are your fragrance oils phthalate-free?
The majority of our fragrance oils are phthalate-free. Each product page includes a detailed description and a downloadable SDS sheet noting the specific safety profile of the scent.

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international territories. Shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.
